Raw interoperability data
Healthcare systems exchange medication data using the HL7 FHIR standard. This Bundle contains four medication-bearing resources for a single patient: an ExplanationOfBenefit, two MedicationRequests, and a MedicationDispense. Each carries drug codes (NDC or RxNorm) but no higher-level intelligence.
