TwinFyRx integrates data from CMS (NADAC, ASP, Part D), NLM (RxNorm), and FDA (NDC Directory). Each source has its own refresh cadence noted above.
Coverage percentages measure successful mappings between standard identifiers (NDC, HCPCS, RxNorm). Denominators are the full set from each upstream source.
